MyPatientScheduler allows you to customize some of the outbound email communications.
The system contains a default set of email templates you may override to create
custom templates. Your custom template begins as a copy of the system default. Custom templates
can be modified to meet your needs.
To create a custom email template, follow these steps:
Log into your Admin Dashboard
Select Email Templates from the menu
Select the Details link of the Default Template you wish to override:
Select the Override Default button at the bottom of the edit Template page:
This will automatically create a Custom template which starts as a copy of the Default template.
Modify the new template as you wish. Be sure to save your template when your changes are complete. You can also test your template by clicking the Send Test Message button and suppling substitution values for the placeholder variables.
