To review the status of the confirmation request / reminder voice calls, the Frontdesk Administrator can run the "Voice Confirmation Log" report.
Log into the Frontdesk Dashboard
Select the Reports -> Voice Confirmation Log menu option
Filter the report details as necessary
The report contains live links to patient and appointment data. Notice you can view both the patient and the patient contact. The patient contact is who the voice call was made to. MyPatientScheduler determines an appointment contact based on several factors including the patient's age.
