How Do I Reset My Password?
Each type of MyPatientScheduler user (Administrators, Frontdesk, and Patient) have a "My Profile" page. This page provides access to the password reset function.
To reset your password:
- Click the My Profile menu item.
- Click the Reset Password link near the bottom of the page.
- Enter the required information and click the Update Password button.
- If this process does not work for you, your password can be reset by the Administrator.
