How to Review Sent Recall Notices

The Frontdesk Administrator may also review sent Recall Notices any time by viewing the Recall Notices Report. This report not only shows what patients have received Recall Notices, but who the notice was delivered to and even when that person click any of the links in the Recall Notice and how many times. This "usage" information is helpful for determining the success rate of your recall notices.

  1. Log into the Frontdesk Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports -> Recall Notices menu option
  3. Filter the report details as necessary
