To review the appointment based text messages sent by MyPatientScheduler, the Frontdesk Administrator can run the "SMS Confirmation Log" report.
Log into the Frontdesk Dashboard
Select the Reports -> SMS Confirmation Log menu option
Filter the report details as necessary
The report contains live links to patient and appointment data. Notice you can view both the patient and the patient contact. The patient contact is who the text messages was sent to. MyPatientScheduler determines an appointment contact based on several factors including the patient's age.
