User Accounts

User Account refers to a MyPatientScheduler patient login account. Before using any of the MyPatientScheduler services, your Patients must create, or sign-up, for a User Account.

The Frontdesk user may also create a Patient?s User Account.

When you patient?s create their owner User Accounts during using the registration process, MyPatientScheduler creates a unique user login, and a Patient record ? if their patient record does not already exist. In either case, a patient?s user account is ALWAYS associated to a primary Patient record.

Once a user account has been established, a patient my login using the account and associate other patient records to it. This is know as a family group.
