Admin Dashboard Features
The Administrative Dashboard allows customization and configuration of your MyPatientScheduler service.
Patient Greeting
On the home page of your Patient Dashboard, your patients will see a patient greeting message of your choosing. The Administrative Dashboard allows you to create or change that message. This can be handy to welcome your patients to your on-line appointment system, or provide them with important announcements.
Insurance Message
When MyPatientScheduler collects insurance information from registering patients, it displays your customized Insurance Message. You can use the Insurance Message to communicate to patients which kinds or types of insurances you accept, or give them other guidance that helps in collecting accurate information.
Define Appointment Types
We realize that some of the services offered by your practice may not be appropriate for your patients to book online. With MyPatientScheduler, you are in total control of which types of appointments are offered online. In fact, the Administrator can even specify which appointment types are available to new patients vs existing patients.
The MyPatientScheduler Administrator can create different types of appointments offered by your organization. Specify which are available to new patients and/or existing patients, associate providers, and procedure codes.
Define Recall Types
MyPatientScheduler Live includes a Recall module. One function of this module allows you to define the specific kinds of Recalls that are important to your patients and practice. A Recall Type includes information about the procedure codes, frequency, and priority. The system uses Recall Types to determine recall eligibility.
Maintain Secret Questions
When a Patient registers with your MyPatientScheduler service, they choose a secret question to associate with their user account. In the event they forget their username or password, they are asked to supply the answer to their secret question.
The Administrator can create, activate, and de-activate a list of secret questions available for use by Patient registration.
Define Providers
When a Patient makes an Appointment Request, they can optionionally choose a provider from which to receive service.
You define the list of Providers a Patient may choose, and which Appointment Types they are available for.
With the Connector option, an Administrator can synchronize the list of Providers with your Practice Management system with the push of a button.
Define Procedure Codes
You can think of an Appointment Type as a logical grouping of one or more Procedure Codes. Each procedure code contains key information important to your practice such as the length of time to perform the treatment, fees, etc. The MyPatientScheduler Administrator can define the Procedure Codes important to your on-line scheduling and associate them with the appropriate Appointment Types
With the Connector option, an Administrator can synchronize the list of Procedure Codes with your Practice Management system with the push of a button.
Create Frontdesk User Accounts
The Administrator can create and maintain one or more Frontdesk User accounts. Each of your front desk staff can have their own account or share a common office account.
