How Do I Setup Providers?

If you setup one or more providers, and associate them to an appointment type, your patients will have the ability to select their provider while making an appointment. While this step is option from the MyPatientScheduler Standard and Choice services, we recommend every office setup the list of providers they wish to use.

MyPatientScheduler Standard Edition

Follow these steps if you have the MyPatientScheduler Standard edition:

  1. Log into the Admin Dashboard
  2. Select the Providers menu option
  3. Click the Create a New Provider link
  4. Enter the provider information and click Save

MyPatientScheduler Live Edition

Follow these steps if you have the MyPatientScheduler Live edition:

  1. Log into the Admin Dashboard
  2. Select the Providers menu option
  3. Click the Synchronize Providers button
  4. Remove any provides you do not want patients to make appointments with
