Automated Recare
Keeping patients on their recare schedule can be difficult. MyPatientScheduler makes it easier with Automatic Recare Reminders. Based on intervals and priorities you define, MyPatientScheduler checks each patient to be sure they have scheduled appointments that meet your recare criteria. If not, patients are automatically sent a recare reminder email and invited to make an online appointment.
- Reduce Post Card Mailings by sending email recares with online appointment invitations
- Measure Success using reports to show who is responding to recare emails
Define Recare Types
MyPatientScheduler's recare flexibility comes from Recare Types which define the procedure codes, priority, and interval of specific recares that meet your needs. Multiple Recare Types can even be prioritized. MyPatientScheduler compares information contained in Recare Types with patient appointment information to determine eligibility of recare notices.
Procedure Code Driven
Appointments are really just a logical collection of Procedure Codes. The recare process works by searching patient appointments for specific procedure codes that match the procedure codes associated wich each Recare Type. In MyPatientScheduler Live, the process even works with appointments that were not scheduled by MyPatientScheduler!
Custom Recare Priorities
If you define multiple Recare Types, the priority is used by MyPatientScheduler to determine the relative order of recare importance. If a patient is eligible for multiple recare types, they only receive a recare notice for the Recare Type with the highest priority.
Custom Recare Intervals
Recare Intervals allow you to control your recare schedule. Each Recare Type can have its own recare schedule specified in the number of days between appointments.
Automatic or Manual
MyPatientScheduler will allow you to process recares automatically, manually, or both. When set to automatic, MyPatientScheduler will automatically send out recare email reminders.
Detailed Reporting
Using the Recall Notices report available from the Frontdesk Dashboard, you can review the "hit" success of your recare reminders. When a patient clicks the recare link in their email reminder, MyPatientScheduler records the date and time for your review. |
