Email Confirmations

MyPatientScheduler allows you specify the number of days prior to an appointment you want email confirmation notices sent to your patients. Each night MyPatientScheduler sends email confirmation requests to patients having an appointment within the configured time frame. A simple click of the confirmation link in the email is all that is needed from the patient.

Voice (Telephone) Confirmations

The Voice option allows MyPatientScheduler to seek appointment confirmations by phone. If a patient answers the phone, they are presented with a menu option allowing them to confirm their appointment, otherwise, a confirmation reminder is left on their answering machine. MyPatientScheduler Live customers enjoy the added benefit of having their schedule updated to indicate the communication. Patients may also opt-out of the Voice Confirmation process.

Text Message Confirmations

The Text Message option allows MyPatientScheduler to seek appointment confirmations using SMS Text Messages. Patients are sent a text message with a unique confirmation code and asked to replay with that code to confirm their appointment. MyPatientScheduler Live also updates your office schedule to indicate the confirmation communication, and if a patient responds, the office appointment is automatically updated to confirmed, in real-time. Any patient can opt-out of the automated text messages.
