How Do I Send Recall Notices?
The Frontdesk Administrator can Manually send Recall Notices at any time.
To Manually send one or more Recall Notices, follow these steps:
- Log into the Frontdesk Dashboard
- Select the Appointments -> Recall List menu option
- Choose a Recall Type from the filter list
- Filter the list by Patient if you wish
- Select the patients you which to send Recall Notices to
- Select the Send Selected button to process the notices
