Yes! You control which providers online appointments are scheduled for when you define Appointment Types. Each Appointment Type you define can have its own unique set of providers associate to it. Your patients are allowed to select a preferred provider from this associated list when making an online appointment.

For example, lets say you want your patients to make their own Hygiene Appointments online. Your office has three hygienists, Larry, Curly, and Mo. Mo is extra slow, so you only want providers Larry and Curly supporting your online Hygiene Appointments. You define an Appointment Type called "Cleaning", then associate Larry and Curly to it. Your patients will then have the ability to choose either Larry or Curly when booking a "Cleaning" appointment.
