How long will it take to install my Connector Appliance?

The MyPatientScheduler Connector Appliance can be installed as a Physical Appliance or a Virtual Appliance.

MyPatientScheduler Connector as a Physical Appliance

After we setup your MyPatientScheduler account, we go to work building a specialized PC for use in your office as the MyPatientScheduler Connector. Once the build process is complete, we ship the Appliance to your office and work with your network engineer to get it setup and secure on your network. We then complete the remaining configuration tasks remotely. The entire process can be completed in two to three weeks depending on the availability of your network engineer. Meanwhile, your office will already be using MyPatientScheduler in its "standard" mode enjoying all the benefits of MyPatientScheduler Choice for free until your setup is complete.

MyPatientScheduler Connector as a Virtual Appliance

Installing the Connector as a Virtual Appliance makes use of an existing PC in your office. The Connector is installed in its own virtualized environment on the host PC without affecting the PCs core office function. The entire process can be completed in a matter of hours.
