What happens if my network is unavailable?

MyPatientScheduler Live communicates with a Connector Appliance located inside your office network to transact appointments automatically to your practice management system. In the event that the Connector Appliance becomes unavailable due to an office network outage, MyPatientScheduler simply reverts to its "Standards" behavior and collects appointments as requests. Appointment requests are queued and can be processed anytime.

Each time a patient uses your MyPatientScheduler service, it will try to communicate with its Connector Appliance. If it cannot, then it automatically switches to Standard mode and collects appointment request information. The automatic switching from Live mode to Standard mode is transparent to the patient. When your network because available once again, MyPatientScheduler automatically switches back to Live mode.
