Automatic Synchronization
Release 2 of MyPatientScheduler provides automatic synchronization of patient and appointment data. Now, any active patient having an email address will automatically be synchronized to MyPatientScheduler along with all their future appointments.
More Confirmations
With the new synchronization module, all patients with an email address are known to MyPatientScheduler. This allows MyPatientScheduler to automate appointment confirmations for any patient with an email address, not just those patients who have signed up for a MyPatientScheduler account. This significantly increase confirmation rates, and provides a convenient notification vehicle to those patients patients without MyPatientScheduler accounts.
To confirm an appointment, a patient simply clicks a link in the confirmation request email sent to them by MyPatientScheduler. That's it. If your office is running MyPatientScheduler Live, the appointment is also automatically booked in your practice management system - all 100% automatically.
Within four hours of implementation, we saw a 50% increase in automated confirmation rates!
