MyPatientScheduler Release 2.1 - Automated Recalls

Recall Types

A new Admin Dashboard module allows you to define your own types of recalls. Specify procedure codes, recall frequency, priority, and even the automation level.

Recall List

A new Frontdesk Dashboard module that allows you to see which patients are due for recalls. This module will allow you to manually send one or more recall notices. Also, you can remove patients from the recall list.

Recall Notices Report

A new Frontdesk Dashboard report shows you all the recall notices that have been delivered to patients. It also shows if, when, and how many times they have click the recall notice link in their recall email.

Automatic Recalls

If any of your Recall Types are setup in "automatic" mode, the system will automatically send recall notices to any patient that meets the recall criteria you specify. Patients will receive and email every 30 days reminding them they are due for a visit. The recall notice also includes an option for them to "opt out", thus preventing the system from sending further notices. Patients without exiting MyPatientScheduler accounts are also invited to sign up for an account.
