MyPatientScheduler Options

MyPatientScheduler is designed to be modular, so it can be configured with or without any of the following options. See the pricing page for option availability.

Support

With the Support Option, Frontdesk and Administrative users have a support module integrated within their respective dashboards. With a simple click of the mouse, they can request support, post questions, and provide feedback to our team. The support module automatically sends page and browser information to our support team to ease the support seeking process.

The Help and Forum sections of this website also provides many free support articles.

Waitlist

The MyPatientScheduler Waitlist option includes features that allow your office to manage and process patient appointments using the waitlist utility. Your patients can choose to be waitlisted for their appointment request criteria. Waitlist filter options become available on your Frontdesk Dashboard's appointment reports with this option.

Directory Listing (Provider Search)

Allow patients to find your MyPatientScheduler appointment scheduling service with our Provider Search tool. This option allows your office to be listed in our Provider Search database with contact information for your practice and a link to your MyPatientScheduler appointment scheduling service. This search function can help drive existing and new patients to your practice.

Connector

The Connector allows MyPatientScheduler to communicate seamlessly and securely (in real-time) with your Practice Management System. The Connector is what enables MyPatientScheduler Live to be Live. Patients have the ability to interactively search your office schedule for available appointment dates and times. Appointments are booked automatically, saving your staff from time consuming phone calls. The Connector can even be configured to automatically create new patient accounts. This option is always bundled with the MyPatientScheduler Live edition.

Currently available for the Open Dental and Practice-Web Practice Management Systems.

Online Payments

With the Online Payments option your patients have the ability to make credit card payments. Your frontdesk staff receive the payment processing module to allow them to see when payments have been made and process them at their leisure. And MyPatientScheduler handles the patient communication / notification when payment has been processed.

Optimizer

Coming Soon

Our MyPatientScheduler Optimizer option will help identify and eliminate holes in your schedule. When an opening in your schedule is detected within a pre-configured number of days, the Optimizer goes to work to fill it. The Optimizer works automatically, 24/7 to ensure your schedule remains full! Think of it as a defragmentation tool for your schedule.
