In a configurable number of days prior to an appointment, MyPatientScheduler begins sending daily confirmation requests to patients until the patient confirms the appointment.

Appointment synchronization happens in two ways. First, each time a user of MyPatientScheduler logs into their account, all their appointment data is synchronized with the front office system. Any changes made to their appointment(s) in the practice management system are then reflected in MyPatientScheduler. Second, outstanding appointment data in your practice management system is periodically synchronized to MyPatientScheduler to facilitate automatic appointment confirmations.

Define an unlimited number of different Appointment Types your patients can choose from while booking an appointment. Each may have its own unique set of procedure codes, providers, and visibility to new or existing patients.

You control the Name and Description of your Appointment Types so they have specific meaning to your practice and patient base.

Each Appointment Type can be configured for visibility by new patients, existing patients, both, or none. For example, you may have certain kinds of appointments you do not wish new patients to make.

Each Appointment Type may have one or more providers associated with it. This allows you complete control over which providers appointments are booked to.

Each Appointment Type may have one or more Procedure Codes associated with it. MyPatientScheduler Live uses the Procedure Codes to calculate appointment duration and cost.

MyPatientScheduler Free allows your office to have up to 50 patients using your MyPatientScheduler service while Choice and Live allow an unlimited number of patients to use your service.

Patients register for a MyPatientScheduler account using the Patient Registration module. Once registered, they may book appointments for themselves and their family members.

If a patient forgets their MyPatientScheduler login name, they can easily recover it using the Forgotten Username module.

If a patient forgets their MyPatientScheduler password, they can easily recover it using the Forgotten Password module.

Once registered, a patient can add family members to their MyPatientScheduler account. This gives them the ability to manage appointments for these family members. Two patient accounts can also share the same family member, making it possible for two parents to have separate accounts while sharing family members.

With your MyPatientScheduler Administrator account, you can customize a welcome message on the Patient home page. Display office hours, upcoming events, or any other information you want your patients to see when they log in.

MyPatientScheduler Live can be configured to automatically create new patient accounts in your front office system. When a patient registers, if they are identified as a new patient, MyPatientScheduler can automatically create the associated patient record in your practice management system. Additionally, any patient with an email address in your practice management system is automatically synchronized to MyPatientScheduler to allow automatic processing of appointment confirmations.

Allow patients to make online payments and Frontdesk administrators to process them.

With MyPatientScheduler you can define an unlimited number of providers. There are no extra fees for multiple doctors.

MyPatientScheduler Live allows you to automatically synchronize the list of providers contained in your practice management system with MyPatientScheduler for easy setup of your appointment types.

Standard activation includes installation and configuration of the MyPatientScheduler Virtual Connector Appliance into your office. The Virtual Connector is a virtualized PC specially built to handle secure communication between the MyPatientScheduler Internet Service and your practice management system. As a Virtualized Appliance, there is no hardware to buy. Installation takes place on an existing office PC. Our support team works with your Network Administrator for installation and configuration of the Virtual Appliance.

If our standard virtualized Connector installation is not for you, then upgrade to the MyPatientScheduler Connector Appliance. The MyPatientScheduler Connector Appliance is a small PC specially built to handle secure communication between the MyPatientScheduler Internet Service and your practice management system. Our support team builds this specialized Appliance and ships it to your office. We then work with your Network Administrator for installation and configuration onto your network.

We frequently update MyPatientScheduler with new features. Upgrades happen automatically.

Fees are charged on a monthly basis to the credit card you supply during registration.

The Voice option allows MyPatientScheduler to make automated confirmation request by phone, and patients to confirm with a simple key press. An Administrative Dashboard module allows you to configure the greeting, time of day calls are made and even the days of the week. Available to US customers only.

The Text Message option allows MyPatientScheduler to text appointment confirmation reminders / requests to your patients. Patients can confirm appointments by texting back a unique confirmation code. An integrated Admin Dashboard module lets you customize your messaging. Available to US customers only.

With the Technical Support option your MyPatientScheduler service includes a support module built into the Frontdesk and Administrative dashboards. You don't even have to leave the application to create a support request!
