What is the MyPatientScheduler Connector?

The MyPatientScheduler Connector is a software module installed in your office that allows secure, real-time, two-way internet communication between your Practice Management System and the MyPatientScheduler web service. It uses the same 128 bit encryption technology as credit card transactions, making communication fast, reliable, and secure.

The MyPatientScheduler web service is located in our secure data center. The Connector communicates exclusively with the MyPatientScheduler web server and our support office. Limiting communication in this way further enhances security.

Each MyPatientScheduler Connector is designed to work with a specific practice management system. The MyPatientScheduler Live edition of our software includes the Connector module and is installed in your office as part of the activation process.

For maximum security and flexibility, the MyPatientScheduler Connector is installed on its own physical or virtual computer, known as the MyPatientScheduler Connector Appliance.
